He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henner and Elizabeth George (Bette); his sisters, Beth Bentheimer and Cindy Gilles; his siblings-in-law, Karen Henner, Dean Bentheimer and George Lemire; and his grandmother Florence "Flo" Stein.
He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Henner (Michelle) and Megan Henner; his grandchildren, Taylor Henner-Ulanski, Lawrence Henner and Ophelia Henner; his siblings, Patrick Henner (Tera), Thomas Henner, Triss Lemire and Rany Logan (Danny); and his brother-in-law Roger Gilles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cress Funeral & Cremation Service - Madison (3610 Speedway Rd, Madison, WI 53705). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
