It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Norgaard (Black River Falls, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Larry Churchill (Iris) of Mayville, WI. She is survived by: her husband David C. Norgaard of Melrose, WI; her children, John Norgaard (Jane) of Melrose, WI and Lauren LeBlanc (David); and her grandchildren, Jaclyn Smith of Holmen, WI, Erik Norgaard (Kasia) of Plover, WI, Averi Talburt (Jordan) of Kilauea, HI, Alyson Ogren (Jordan) of Winona, MN, Andrew Clement of Cornell, WI, Alex Dechant of Eau Claire, WI and Austin Dechant of La Crosse, WI.
