He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Frederick (Swartling); his brother Allen Rhoades; his uncles, Ron and Leo Swartling; and his siblings-in-law, Arthur and Marjorie Laffe.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Jean Laffe; his children, Christopher, Jason, Adam Frederick (Amanda) and Karen Ulness (Derek); his grandchildren, Nick Ulness (Sonja), Lauryn Frederick, Kora Ulness (Dakota Garrett), Kayla Frederick, Reagan Frederick and Grayson Frederick; his siblings, Michael Frederick (Betty) and Lesann Garman (Jim); his aunt Janice Mack (Glenn); and his daughter-in-law Jill. He is also survived by family members, friends.
