He is survived by: his wife Carol Caldwell; and his children, Suzann Wimmer (Mark), Tom Caldwell (Sue), Sandy (Elmer Benedetti), Jody Nichols (Kari), Brad Nichols, Denise Roddick (Kevin) and Tricia Reif (Shawn). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
