He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray W. Hurlburt and Lois C. Hurlburt (Hamlyn); his brother Norman Hurlburt; his sister-in-law Ruth Hurlburt; and his grandson Jasper Foltz.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen M. Hurlburt; his daughters, Heidi Anderson (Paul), Heather Gutche (Scott), Melissa Schaub (Thomas), Melanie Berg (Michael), Maribeth Graham (Matthew) and Marlana Foltz (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Diana Burnett, Katelyn Johnson, Daniel Anderson, Alecia Simpson, Courtney Stilley, Amelia Suedel, Nathaniel Gutche, Jesse Rabuck, Joleen Happel, Abigail Leis, Wyatt Berg, Morgan Berg, Julia Berg, Jaymee Olson, Shane Graham, Ethan Graham, Russell Graham, Lacey Graham and Caleb Foltz; his brother Wesley Hurlburt; and his sister-in-law Vickie Hurlburt. He is also survived by great grandchildren, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Interfaith Volunteer Care Givers of Black River Falls.
