He is survived by: his children, Tony (Donna) and Kim Kapelner (Eugen); his siblings, Cindy Snell Plush (Kirkland) and Greg Snell (Deb); Amanda. He is also survived by two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and one great-nephew.
