He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Armitage and Rosella Armitage (Lautenschlager); his stepfather Marshall Grass; his son Todd; his grandparents, Albert, Anna Lautenschlager, Claude and Vernice Armitage; his brother Gary Armitage; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Armitage and John Tenneson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Rabuck (Craig) and Dawn Wermuth (Ken); his grandchildren, Abby and Noah Rabuck; his siblings, Alan Grass (Sandy), Carla Tenneson and Brenda Olson (Norman); and his nieces and nephews, Debi Fremstad (Chris), Lori Lisowski (Kevin), Robin Nelson (Ryan), Cheryl Tenneson (Tom), Dawn Troug (Mike), Tom Tenneson (Angel), Penny Paulson (Jon), Tammy Jinkerson (Dick), Travis Armitage (Stacy), Brent Olson (Kristin) and Jeff Olson (Linda Poe).
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Blair Haus (107 W Broadway St, Blair, WI 54616).
