He was predeceased by: his parents, Swend Johnson and Minnie Johnson (Gunderson); his daughter Debra; his brothers, James and Gary; his siblings-in-law, Paul Applequist and Maxine Johnson; his parents-in-law, Marjorie Arneson (Olson) and Orrin Olson; and his stepfather-in-law Sanford Arneson.
He is survived by: his wife Greta Olson of Blair; and his sister Janet Applequist of Minneapolis, MN..
