He was predeceased by: his mother Sandy Howe (Hubert); his in-laws, La Verne and Darlene Stegen; his brother-in-law Kevin Kuester; and his pet Mossy.
He is survived by: his wife Debra (Stegen); his children, Shane (Evan) of Milwaukee and Jaden of La Crosse; his father Ken Howe of Spring Hill, FL; his brothers, Dean (Kris) and Nick (Nikki); his siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Kuester and Rick Stegen (Paula Leum); and his nieces, Kym Barrett (Rory), Giana and Brinley.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services (200 West Ave S, La Crosse, WI 54601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
