He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Carrie Jensen (Joel), Jennifer Hornacek (Robert) and Claire Moore (Brian); his brothers, Harold (Sharon), William and Thomas; and his brother-in-law Larry Rakunas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
