He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Woolever and Dorothy Woolever (Geissler); his brothers, Francis "Fuzzy" Woolever and Michael Woolever; and his siblings-in-law, Beaty Woolever, Diane Woolever and Kenneth Thompson (Avis).
He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his daughter Wendy Nelson (Eric) of Eau Claire; his grandchildren, Karah and Laura; his son Jeremy Woolever (Emily) of Eden Prairie, MN; his grandchildren, Evan and Avery; his siblings, Joseph Woolever of Town, Robert Woolever of Bloomer, Herman Woolever (Mary) of Town, Patricia Moschkau (Charles) of New Auburn, Kenneth Woolever (Darlene) of Town, Steve Woolever (Yvonne) of Chippewa Falls and Eugene Woolever (JoAnne) of Chetek; and his sister-in-law Sue Hanson of Bloomer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home & Chippewa Valley Cremation Services (1806 17th Ave, Bloomer, WI 54724). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (1222 Main St, Bloomer, WI 54724). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 3:10 PM to 3:20 PM at the St. Paul's North Catholic Cemetery (1222 Main St, Bloomer, WI 54724).
