William left this world on May 28, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. and Marcella; and his siblings, Thomas, Monica, Jean and Anthony.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Amy Almendinger (Jim), Wendy Maves (Steven), Rebecca Hable, Laurie Joslin (Dan) and Jim Hable (Eileen); his grandchildren, Jasmine Scott (Leah), Adalyn Strand (Trevor), Amanda Maves (Noah Crosbie) and Mary Hable; his siblings, Patricia Zastrow, P. Michael Hable and David Hable; and his pet Sadie.
Memorials are preferred to St. Paul's Catholic School in Bloomer or to the family, where funds raised will be used to purchase a park bench on Madeline Island in Bill's honor.
