Edward T. Straus Obituary
We announce the death of Edward T. Straus of Blue Mounds, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 22, 2026, at the age of 79. Edward will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Straus and Delores Straus (Parkin); his brother-in-law George Thomas; and his grandchildren, Ava and Evan.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Fisk of Patrick's Catholic Church; his children, Thomas Straus (Colleen), Amy Philipps (Joe) and Dr. Todd Straus (Kim); and his grandchildren, Devin Straus (Kali), Collin Straus, Ian Hofkes, Avery Hofkes, Ella, Hannah, Miles and Zac. He is also survived by his brother and sisters and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Upland Hills Hospice or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church The family would like to thank Regional Hospice and Lakeside Memorial Funeral Home in Michigan, Dr Peter Mullin, Upland Hills Hospice, UHH Cardiopulmonary services, and Gorgen Funeral Home.
