Frances E. Chancellor Obituary

In loving memory of Frances E. Chancellor of Blue Mounds, Wisconsin, who departed this world on March 19, 2026 at the age of 90. Frances leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mueller and Catherine Mueller; her in-laws, John and Carol Chancellor; her siblings-in-law, Bob Van Wagenen, Bill and Nong Chancellor; and her nephews, David and Daniel.

She is survived by: her husband Ed Chancellor of Mount Horeb; her sister Donna Van Wagenen; her children, Rick Chancellor (Rita), Sandy Webster (Corky), Kathy Chancellor and Mary Chancellor (Joe Philipps); and her grandchildren, Cory Chancellor (Julie), James Chancellor, Adam Chancellor (Stacy), Kelly Reed, Laura Oshel (Gary), John Chancellor (Heather Kaarakka) and Joe Chancellor. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
