She was predeceased by: her father Gabriel Muir; her husband Gordon; her mother Louise Muir Gora; her stepfather Walter Gora; her siblings, Bill Muir, Dale Muir, Donald Muir and Delores Moroni; and her granddaughter Audrey Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Pickel (Mike) of Richland Center, WI, Lauretta Granger (Reg) of Richland Center, WI, Mike Mather (Mary) of Janesville, WI, Tom Mather (Lauren Nastachowski) of Viroqua, WI, John Mather (Karen) of Cascade, WI and Joe Mather (January Bahr) of Richland Center, WI. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
She valued her contributions to the students and looked forward to interacting with them in the lunch line each day.
