With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Darlene Collins of Boscobel, Wisconsin, born in Gays Mills, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Walter "Butch" Collins; her parents, Adolph Fortney and Anna Fortney; and her brothers, Roger and Robert "Bobby" Fortney.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Jimenez (Mario), Cathy Mark (Jeff), Greg Smith (Deanna) and Rex Smith; her grandchildren, Jessie Zurawik (Jason), Josh Rabbitt (Hannah), Steve Smith (Emily) and Renee Cournoyer (DuWayne); her pet Delila; her sister-in-law Judy Reynolds; Marilyn McManamy and Rosemary Raha. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Croix Hospice of Platteville.
