He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett J. Kamphuis and Minnie Kamphuis (Schouten); his wife Charlene Loomans; and his brothers, Jerome and Glen Kamphuis.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Kamphuis (Carla), Shelly Freiberg (Dave), Tricia Weisnicht (Steve) and Craig Kamphuis (Heidi); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Eric, Meghan, Andrew Wix, Kaelyn Huebschman (Jimmy), Mitchell Freiberg (Amanda), Kenna Drews (Dawson), Taylor Weisnicht (Cassie), Collin Weisnicht (Emma), Keegan, Maci (Hunter), Jaeden, Alivia, James, Aubrey and Adelynn; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Kinsley, Rhett, Cason, Charlotte, Baker and Reese; his sister Marilyn Kamphuis of Waupun; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Kamphuis of Appleton and Darlene Kamphuis of Brandon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
