It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Dvorak of Brantwood, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dvorak and Susan Dvorak (Hafer); and his wife Jodi. He is survived by: his children, Kelly, Nicholas (Sarah), Sam Derks (Dan), Stephanie and Travis; and his siblings, Joseph (Janet) and Kimberly. He is also survived by many grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
