With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John R. Helander of Brantwood, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 8, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Helander (Kangas) of Brantwood, WI; his sons, David Helander (Anna) of Baraboo, WI and Micheal Helander of Somerset, WI; his brother Norman; his sister-in-law Dawn Heikkinen of Prentice, WI; and his aunt Idel Kangas of Tripoli, WI..
