He is survived by: his significant other Ethel "Bernie" Payne; his children, Gary Lance (Karen) of Granger, WY, Colleen Porter (James) of Rosewood, TX and Kelly Riley (Louis) of Joliet, IL.; his grandchildren, Amanda (Mike), Gary (Chelsey), KC Lynn, Kari, Jenna, Hillarie, Jeffery (Estefania), Randy (Tammy) and James Allen (Raeann); his great grandchildren, Riley, Delainey, Jocelyn, Corrine, Sapphire, Harlei, Hunter, Allyson, Judson, Nathan, Alex, Zachary, Emilia, Thomas Jay, Randi, Justin, Dominic, Katrina, Crystalynn, Emily and Karlee; his great great grandchildren, Kinley, Lindi, Autumn, Octavia, Haygen-Lee, Emberly and Emberlynn; his son-in-law Joe Paul Finney; his grandson Danny; his great grandchild Kylee; his siblings, Raymond John Carter, William Alfred Carter, Glen Harold Carter, Kenneth Richard Carter and Alice Mae Carter; Jessie Viola Calder and Dorothy. He is also survived by his family, spending time with his kids and grandkids.
