He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore VanHandel and Angeline VanHandel (Cornelissen) of Shirley, Wisconsin.; his parents-in-law, George and Viola Treml; his brothers-in-law, Bob Worachek and John Case; his granddaughter Trisha Binsfeld; and his niece Michelle Bangart.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Treml of Mary's Church; his children, Cary Binsfeld (Larry) of Denmark, Kathleen Guyette (Jeff) of Appleton and Mark VanHandel (Cindy) of Brillion; his grandchildren, Tiffany Glaser (Tyler), Travis Binsfeld, Stephanie, Jennifer Verbockel and Mitchell VanHandel; his stepgrandchildren, Derrik, Tristyn (Hayleigh), Jacob (Erin) and Chandler Guyette; his great grandchildren, Jayden Binsfeld and Hudson Brice; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Robert Glaser, Atticus Guyette and Marlene Guyette; and his siblings, Judy Worachek (Ken Wolff), Barb Case, Diane VanHandel, Gordy VanHandel (Elaine) and Steve VanHandel (Nicole Engels). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pielhop Funeral Home (215 S Main St, Brillion, WI 54110). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
