She is survived by: her husband Clyde Sr.; her children, Clyde Jr. (Amy) of Whitewater, WI, John (Pam) of Janesville, WI and Kimberly Carlisle (Jason) of Madison, WI; her brother Kenneth; and her caregiver Ken. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
