He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ivy, Gert Campbell, Don and Florence Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jordan; his children, Isabelle and Theodore; his parents, Wayne Lewis and Char Lewis; his sister Stephanie Dorsch (Joe); and his sibling's children, Samantha, Connor and Ethan. He is also survived by friends and family.
