He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fred, Marie, Ed and Warren. He is survived by: his wife Marnie; his children, Caryn Kasik (Bill), John (Kris), Tom (Peg) and Mary Bartkowski (Michael); his grandchildren, Katy Pujadas (William), Claire Lindsey (Ryan), Carly Kasik, Ryan, Treu, Julie, Jacob (Lauren), Elisabeth, Danny, Amy, Megan Bartkowski, Matt Bartkowski and Will Bartkowski; his great grandchildren, Everett, Samuel and Clara; and his parents, Katy and William.
In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations to the Paralyzed Veterans of America – Wisconsin Chapter.
