With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann McGinnis (Brookfield, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 3, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Barbara departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Barbara leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardell Small and Minnie Small; her daughter Victoria Spears; her granddaughter Bobbie Lee Plewa; and her siblings, Marie Turbeville, Jackie Betts (William) and Clayton Small.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her son Rick Small (Rhonda); her grandson John Plewa; and her sibling's children, William Betts Jr. and Dawn Fena (Dean). She is also survived by great grandchildren, great nieces, great nephews, stepchildren and other relatives and friends.
