She is survived by: her sons, David Munz (Jill), Gary Munz (Diane) and Jeffrey Munz (Michelle); her grandchildren, Sarah, Amy, Joshua, Jacob, Jonathan, Samantha, Caleb and Haley; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Lucas, William, Miles, Flora and Callum.

If desired, a memorial to the church may be given in memory of Carol in lieu of flowers.
