With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Maier (Brookfield, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Maier and Mary Jane Maier (Priester); and his pets, Gracie, Tara and Tammy Maier.
He is survived by: his son Scott Maier; his wife Lisa Maier (Moore); his grandsons, Nathan and Zachary Maier; his sister Connie (Maier); his niece Julie Mlagan (Lauer); his great-nephew Andrew; his great-niece Ella Mlagan; his nephews, Matt Lauer and Anthony Lauer; his great-nephews, Jude and Cole Lauer; his close friend Smokey Maier; Kristen Lauer (Degenhart).
If interested in carrying on his legacy, the family asks that donations be made to the Wisconsin Humane Society in his name. And in his own words, "Merry Christmas, if I don't see you!".
