She is survived by: her husband Gareth; her children, Jake, Luci, Dylan and Izzi; her parents, Kim and Gary; her grandmother Alice; her aunts, Sharon, Jill and Kelly; her siblings, Gary Jr., Tina, Dax, Danielle, Ali, Max, Ben, Sam and Tyler (Gator); her pets, Georgia and Gus; and her grandchildren, Maxine, Bucca, Bruno, Britta, Blu and Bougey.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Brookfield Humane Society—an organization close to Cody's heart.
