He was predeceased by: his wife Dianne Marie Janetka; his son David Janetka; his brother Alan Janetka; and his sibling's child Laurence Fikejs. He is survived by: his sons, James Janetka (Roseann Benson) and Jeffrey Janetka; and his sibling's children, Luce Burke (Timothy), Lisa (Scott), Luke Fikejs (Kimberley), Sherrianne (Kevin) and Dale Janetka (Dorothy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services (9445 31st St, Brookfield, IL 60513). A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
