David John Schlie Obituary

Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David John Schlie (Brookfield, Wisconsin), who passed away at the age of 56, on March 19, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, David S. Schlie and Elaine Schlie; his brother Sam; his sister-in-law Linda Schlie; and his father-in-law David Difatta.

He is survived by: his wife Abigail Schlie; his children, Emma, Benjamin, Steven and Evelyn Schlie; his siblings, Gail Luley (Paul Nicolaysen), Peter Schlie, Susan Hauser (Ernie), Jane Koehler (Joel) and Joe Schlie (Suzy); his mother-in-law Connie Difatta; and his siblings-in-law, Becky Efird (Andy) and John Difatta (Maria). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
