She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel and Catherine; and her siblings, John O'Sullivan, Daniel O'Sullivan (JoBeth), Mary Smith (Kevin), Tom O'Sullivan (Rita) and Joe O'Sullivan.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Dottie O'Sullivan; her daughter Valerie Swenson (William Pulkinen); and her grandchildren, Kristopher Swenson (Laura) and Elizabeth Nelson (Kelly).
