He is survived by: his children, Kelley (Laurie), Patricia Starr, Robert Cotey (Christine) and James Cotey (Judie); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Gregory, Natalie, Tyler, Clint, Michael, Megan, Maddi, Taylor, Brayden, Colin, Courtney and Claire; his great grandchildren, Everett, Harrison, Nora, Ben, Annie and Quinn; and his siblings, James Starr (Dorothy), Tom Starr (Roxanne), Michael Starr, Donald Starr (Patricia), Ronald Starr (late Kathy), Mary Parins (Kenneth), Gerald Starr (Paula), Joanne Turtenwald (late Rick) and Barbara Gilson (Charles). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
