He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Schoenike and Adeline Schoenike (Abegglen). He is survived by: his wife Lorene "Lory" Jannes; his children, Lara Simon (Jon), Karl Schoenike (Dena) and Alan Schoenike (Laura); his stepdaughter Jill Polivka (Robert); his grandchildren, Nate, Chloe, Bailey, Lily, Ella Rose, Owen and Haley; and his siblings, Vicki Walker, Marcia Seefeldt (Roger) and Leslie Betthauser (Christopher). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
