He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Deborah Groettum, Christine Stern and Steven Stern (Anne); his grandchildren, Martha Krueger (Michael) and Andrew Groettum (Lindsey); his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Hoshi (Erald), Amanda McBeath (Chris), GPa of Riley, Dylan, Sam Krueger, Calvin and Everett Groettum; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Altin, Valon Hoshi, Eli, Aiden and Elena McBeath. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
