He is survived by: his mother Penny Rushing (Fred Thomas); his daughter Samantha Walker (Jordan Walker); his girlfriend Julie; his father Gary Reich; his stepmother Carol Ann Reich; his stepsiblings, Greg and Renee; his stepfather Marvin (Rusty); and his close friend Paul.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to your local animal rescue or shelter – something Jerry would have wholeheartedly supported.
