He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Hays and Donna Hays. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, Jennifer Murray (Eric) and Brad Hays (Sara); his grandchildren, Jack and Tess Murray; and his sisters, Sharon Christie (Tom) and Sandy Bowers (late Bill). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and many friends.
