He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne (Nee Folger). He is survived by: his children, Rev. Jeffrey Mueller (Robin) and Joni Kizewski (Gregg); his grandchildren, Holly Kizewski, Megan Wylie (Chip) and Rev. Jordan Kizewski (Claire); and his stepsibling Glenn Struck (Betty). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
