He was predeceased by: his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Michael, James and Tiffany Siglinsky; his grandchildren, Cianna and Jacob; his sisters, Judi Bunce and Debra Kavalary (James); and his sister-in-law Deanna.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the family to help with medical and funeral expenses.
