Jason was reunited in heaven with his parents; Donald and Nancy (Nee Swartout) on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 age 39 years. Jason is further survived by his aunts; Marge Polzer and Sue Goll, loving girlfriend; Rose Reedy and her parents; Mike and Peg Reedy, cousins other relatives and friends.

“Jason and I were together for almost 11 years. This was really not the way I wanted the summer of 2021 to end. I feel like he should have tried harder to give up smoking and drinking before this year and just eat healthier things before this year. I mourn every day for what we once had and what could have been which now will never be.”
