He is survived by: his mother Patricia Le Pine (Nee Kotecki); his wife Sandy Stachnik; his sons, Matthew and Andrew; his brothers, Michael (Karen) and Marc (Sheri); his nieces and nephews, Christopher (Karissa), Anthony, Stephanie Meyers, Bethanne Le Pine, Alyssa and Taylor Klug; and his sister-in-law Sue Klug (Tom). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated towards Andrew's higher education.
