She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Schwalbach; her parents, John Kloza and Rose Kloza; and her siblings, Jude, John, Thomas Kloza and Rosann Erdmann.

She is survived by: her children, Kristin Carpenter (Vinny), Karin Bednar (Eric), James Schwalbach (Dawn) and Steven Schwalbach; her granddaughters, Kathryn "Katie" Carpenter and Abigail "Abbie" Schwalbach; and her sister Jacqueline Sweeney (Bernard). She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, godchildren, other relatives, and friends.

The family requests that memorials be made in the form of Mass Intentions through St. Luke Catholic Church.
