He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie "Red" Phillips and Marion Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne "Sue"; his children, James, Jennifer Michaels (Dan) and Joseph Phillips (Michelle); and his grandsons, Matthew, Jeffrey, Samuel, Simon and Elliott. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
