He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Noe and Geneva "Neve" Noe; and his sisters, Janet Keeler (late Kermit) and Sue Muzzy (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Noe; his children, David Noe (Charlotte), Steve Noe, Renee Noe Miller (Joel) and Scott Noe (Monique Hassman); his grandchildren, Alexandria Kenyon (Jonah), Ava Noe and Keric Fera; his great grandchild Xavier Kenyon; and his sister Vicki Lemay (late Gary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relative and friends.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Wisconsin Memorial Park (13235 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield, WI 53005). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) would be appreciated.
