He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris Phillips and Doris Phillips (Bezio); and his siblings, Linda Loser, Harris "Skip" Phillips and Gary Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Phillips and Amber Murley (Kevin); his grandchildren, Masin and Mckenna Murley; and his sister Maxine "Mickey" Hermann.
In lieu of flowers, we will be collecting donations for AngelsGrace Hospice. A donation will be made in Mark's name for bird seed and flowers.
