She is survived by: her son Gavin Tremaine; her aunt Katie; her parents, Frances Goff (Googie) and Robert Goff (Bob); her siblings, Tony Goff, Joey Goff, Angela Chmura (Mark) and Gina Goff (Chris Hardcastle); her friends, Jen Ostapowich and Patrice Fedel; her brother Joe Hite; and her nephews, Chace (Faith Goff), Mason, Nolan, Giana Gende (Ella Raap), Dylan and Dyson Chmura. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, colleagues, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the This Time Tomorrow Foundation http://www.thistimetomorrow.org co-founded in 2011 by her brother Tony.
