He was predeceased by: his uncle Jim; and his grandparents, Alvin, Ruth Wierzba, Samuel and Cecilia Hicks.
He is survived by: his parents, Christine Hicks and Richard Hicks; and his aunts and uncles, Kathy, Barbara (Ed), Christopher and Bill (Becky). He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
