He is survived by: his wife Susan; his niece DeeAnn Centofanti (Scott); his nephew Riley; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Lewis (Larry) of Texas and Steven Sell (Elaine) of Iowa. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
