She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kusch and Olinda Kusch; and her brothers, Randolph "Randy" Kusch and Richard Kusch. She is survived by: her husband Terry Frazier; her son Adam Frazier; and her daughter-in-law Anna Frazier.
