In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Brandt and Madeleine Brandt; and his brothers, Charles and Thomas. He is survived by: his sons, Robert "Kurt" Brandt (Tammy) and Craig Brandt (Laurie Woolverton); and his grandchildren, Austin, Jack and Julia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
