He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloys Zale and Marie Zale (Palash); and his siblings, Gerald and Iris Zeiler (Zale). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ullrich; his children, Terry (Dale), Julie Donnell (Kevin), Monica Nornberg (Mike), Tom (Sally), David (Karen) and Chris (Kate); his grandchildren, Laurie Bjustrom (Dustin), Katie Donnell, Ryan (Erin), Kelsey Nornberg, Abigail, Amanda Zale, Jack Birdsall, Charlie and Maggie Zale; his great grandchildren, Luke, Jack, Nora and Lena; and his sister-in-law Pat Zale. He is also survived by his family, a role-model to his sons and hero to his daughters.
